Historia
"My name is different every month: Brandy, Honey, Amy. Sometimes Joe doesn't even bother to ask, but he never fails to arouse me with his body, his mouth, his touch, no matter what I'm called or where he picks me up. The sex is always amazing....My real name is Sadie, and once a month, over lunch, Joe tells me about his latest conquest. But what Joe doesn't know is that, in my mind, I'm the star of every one-night stand he has revealed to me, or that I'm practically obsessed with our imaginary sex life."

wonderfully realistic

Although I am new to listening to erotica, I found this book by Megan Hart very engaging. There is so much story and depth to the characters, the erotica takes a backseat. But, when it gets hot, it gets HOT! I was aroused one second and near tears the next. I have also listened to Dirty by her as well and liked it just as much. I can't wait for her to write another book.

Exciting and Intriguing
Revisado: 07-09-07
I loved this book from the first word. The narrator does an excellent job of portraying the different people and their accents. Honestly, he is the best so far that I have come across with the accents. The ending was tied up neatly with a bow and a little to clean for my taste. The twists and turns throughout the book was very good.

Historia
Jodi Picoult delivers the riveting tale of one small town's entanglement with high-school violence.
New York Superior Court Judge Alex Cormier is assigned to preside over the case of the alleged Sterling High School shooter. Lawyer Jordan McAffee represents Peter, the boy who, on the day of the shooting, was found in the corner of the gymnasium holding a gun to his head with a shaky hand. Detective Patrick DuCharme has one star witness, but her story keeps changing. And then there's the biggest problem of all: the star witness happens to be Judge Cormier's daughter.

Wonderful
Revisado: 07-02-07
Jodi Picoult has done it again with her new book, nineteen minutes. The story could be based on a true story it is so real. In fact I listened to it a week before the Virginia University School Shootings and the first thing that came to mind was asking whether the killer was bullied or not. It was surreal. The book is extremely long- 21 hours, but well worth it.

Historia
Eve Duncan has turned down the job twice already. Her skill and devotion in identifying murder victims and helping bring their killers to justice may be world-renowned. But Eve works exclusively for law enforcement and the families of the innocent, and the man on the other end of the phone is many things, none of them law-abiding or innocent.

horrible accents
Revisado: 07-01-07
The book is great- as with all Iris Johansen books. Eve's voice is weak and a little too Southern and not at all what I have imagined when reading her other books. Instead of a Columbian accent, the narrator went with Dracula. Miguel sounded like a 10 year old vampire as well instead of the 19 yr old he was supposed to be. The English accent came out as Scottish. If you can look (listen)past the voices, then definitely get the audible download, Otherwise buy the book and read it as opposed to listening.
