This one was great! The narrator sounds like she's having tons of fun, and you feel these are her fantasies. The story takes some interesting turns, and it is particularly smart to reference "Alice in Wonderland" in a story that deals with... well... 'drink me".

You may have to reach Chapter 6 to get the title, but you won't have to wait long for the action to start. The beauty of this book is Wylde's erotic imagination: this is an author who refuses to just lie there; her stuff moves like crazy and to some unexpected places. And the narrator has a tight grip on us, just like Victoria has on Thad.

I got a free copy of this book, but I wouldn't mind paying for it (or similar titles). There's nothing new or particularly surprising about plot or characterization, but it does its job. It gets bonus points for nice details like the fact that the protagonist has toys (and the cop is not afraid to use it). And it does benefit from a narrator who from the start adds a sense of urgency that fits the story perfectly and knows how to build it from there.
