Very condensed and short. Good narration. Would recommend as a starter book for getting in shape or more healthy. Good, but simple breakdown of how testosterone works.

Loved the chapter that enumerates food choices.

The only unnecessary bit is the intermittent fasting plug at the end.

Very enjoyable. Very helpful. Love that the author is the narrator.

Starts off a bit boring with some pep talk but it takes off. Covers all the essential areas.

The major downside (and benefit) is that it is not specifically targeted for 1 type of goal, but it gives you the information to derive your own strategy.
