Love the pairing, the humor (I laughed so much!!) the plot, the sexiness!! The characters in this are just amazing! I want to have Ari in my life, he's so evil and adorable! Quinn and Rowan just absolutely spark and the courtship is cute, hilarious, dangerous, and magnetic. Rowan is a ridiculously smitten kitten!

Alice Winters is amazing!! It's a fun book with so much humor. some parts I was literally crying it was so funny (The Penetrators!!!). That being said, it still has some intense plot twists. It does have a conclusion but also the overall arc is set up for the series. The narration!! Greg knocks it out of the park!! His delivery of the sexiness, the humor, the suspense, and the poignant moments is just amazing!! He's brilliant! Havoc and Miles' banter is hilarious. It's a great book. I am currently working through all of Alice's work and hoping to see all of her books in audio. so happy to have discovered her work

I loved Carson's character in book 1 and I'm glad to get to know more about Claud. These 2 are great together! Love the slow burn on their relationship. it was well worth the wait. Great badassary, action, suspense, thrill, humor! I didn't outright laugh like I did the 1st 2 books but there were some excellent 1-liners, sarcasm, and just wonderfully cute, sexy, and just comical-to-picture moments.

Michael Ferraiuolo did an amazing job! Excellent character distinctions, tone. He really brought out the humor.

The only complaint-- everytime my audio book read "Alexei" my Alexa would pipe in and say "sorry, I don't know that one."

Mix of humor, suspense, action, mystery, and sexy. I laughed so many times. it was a pleasure to read. The narrator was amazing. The humor had a ton of sarcasm and he got it right every time. well done!

I bought the series after I read the summary to the first book. Glad I did. This is such a great series. Its fun and humorous and hot and the cases are cool. Simply put, its enjoyable.

I love the interaction between Jon and Donovan. I like the modern speech, the colloquialisms, the TV references. it was cute, light, funny. The 2 books I've read so far have also had some great teeth in the LGBTQ suspense genre. The cases were good. Different than a standard mystery. more like an episode of Criminal Minds. I like that. Also the hotness was great. Its not a sex novel. The amount of coda is perfect for the characters. we learn about them, what makes them tick, their family, their history, their conversations, not every roll in the sheets. I love the series so far.

Love atypical romance!!

Im a big fan of the Temptation series and loved listening to that audio book, but I was not a big fan of Robbie's or Priest's voices in it at all. They actually both sounded like pretentious women who smoked too much. Kind of blue blood meets Marge Simpson. it was awful! I'm so glad you changed the narrator. Charlie David was amazing and has a much broader range of voices without having to dig out the cartoon character voices. I cannot thank you enough for that upgrade.

This book made me absolutely adore Robbie. If you thought he was just annoying and dramatic in the Temptation series books, you'll change your mind in this series. Yes, he's still dramatic and camp but he's also adorable, loveable, vulnerable, and fun. Loved the scene with Logan!! Finally closure!!! Loved this book!!

John Solo was amazing, of course. Truly talented voice actor. I could probably listen to him read the phone book

This book progressed the overall story further which I completely appreciate. There were deeply emotional parts that had me sobbing, which I do not easily do. The main focus was still on Sivney, Naran, and Lev which, yes, I get that maybe they weren't quite done telling their story last book, but I was honestly just over those three. I think their dynamic was understood last book. They're hot, no doubt, but once the radiology tech and the other two (so sorry, cannot remember their names-- but seriously there are a lot of characters!) shifted so the rad tech could go on the MRI mission, I wanted more time with them-- that happened so fast!! And I have wanted Maz and Lucan's story 3 books ago. Like I've said before, this is a highly entertaining world. I'll keep reading it. It's an expensive read, highly addictive as it is so easy to get wrapped up in the alternative, non-traditional dynamics and just the intimacy in each relationship. I was so disappointed about Naran's status by the end of the book, but I understand disability inclusion is important. I'm being a whiner about that. I'm just crazy about HEA.

Narration is amazing

John Solo is wonderful!! Love the range of voices, the deep growl voices and the laughs, sighs, moans. He's a truly talented voice actor.

This addition to the series was just okay for me. I do love the new characters and their non-typical dynamic. I felt like this book didn't really progress the overall story though. I skipped the novella that came before this book bc the reviews stated it didn't progress the story either. That is correct from what I can tell so far. If you just read the snippet about the book, you'll be fine. That novella is $11 itself which is pretty much the same cost as a regular length book.. This series is so expensive so I'm frustrated with that. I want talented writers to get paid but this book just felt like a cash grab using this universe to get it since it too did not progress the story at all. It was entertaining but out of 10 reads in this series, 2 of them so far don't move the story forward. Im going to keep going. There are so many new questions i have that weren't answered in this book. Crossing my fingers for more of the overall story in the next one. Entertaining, emotional, supernatural, and fun.

Im half done with this series and it is addicting! This one made me cry. There's so many complex relationships and characters. It was great getting to know Bray, Keen, and Rauri. Can't wait to continue.
