BUY THIS BOOK.
Well written, the narrator did a phenomenal job, and simply loved the podcast / audiobook format in which the book was read. The interaction between the author and the narrator took the book to yet another level.
David Goggins shared several experiences from his life - the good, the bad, and the ugly. What made this book stand out for me was Mr. Goggins' willingness to share so many of his insecurities and how he worked through them or obliterated them. Talk about somebody with balls of steel! He spoke repeatedly about feelings that we all have, but are to scared to admit to.
