I am not a religious person. 15 minutes in and I feel like I’m in church with all of the Bible versus and mentions. Not a fan

Little outdated on a lot of the items but overall principals are solid. I can’t wait to try it!

Historia
At 23, Andrew Forsthoefel headed out the back door of his home in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, with a backpack, an audio recorder, his copies of Whitman and Rilke, and a sign that read "Walking to Listen". He had just graduated from Middlebury College and was ready to begin his adult life, but he didn't know how. So he decided to take a cross-country quest for guidance, one where everyone he met would be his guide. In the year that followed, he faced an Appalachian winter and a Mojave summer. He met beasts inside: fear, loneliness, doubt.

Huge let down
Revisado: 12-14-22
Seemed like an essay written in high school trying to reach word count. I was so excited to listen to this with it being such an awesome concept but the author spent way too much time and effort over explaining feelings and scenery and using unnecessary adjectives constantly. Tell the story and let the reader feel how they want to feel… Don’t make the story 75% about your personal feelings
