Historia
Romance can be a little complicated when you get sucked into a wormhole. Just ask high school English teacher June Flint. One little solar flare happens and suddenly you find yourself 85 years in the future. Eighty-five years from your dream job. Your ailing mother whose only companion in this world is you. Your favorite stuffed-crust pizza from DeLucia’s on Sunday nights. But when June’s cell phone inexplicably picks up a signal, she’s able to call back to the present—more specifically, four weeks before she accidentally time traveled.

Amazing love story! Very unique!
Revisado: 06-03-24
This was the most unique romance I have ever listened to. I love how Cara Bastone does “plays” and the music at the end was really good! Voice actors did a great job. And the story wasn’t cliche or know how it ends exactly. I wish there were more authors you do these plays. Keep doing it Cara!

How did I go from being insulted by Charlee Cox to hiring her to be my assistant? How is it that she’s chaos in color - making me crazy and my life better at the same time? I never thought I would be staring down at her bright blue eyes begging me to go along with the ridiculous scheme I suggested. Yes, I suggested it. Like the idiot I am, I thought hey, why not start an HR nightmare and have my assistant ask me to marry her? Confused? Don’t worry, so am I.

Nice fun, sexy, funny romance!
Revisado: 02-09-23
The beginning was hilarious! Narrators did a great job. It was a fake engagement story with a twist. Predictable HEA but read for the journey not the ending.

Volume problems, but great story!
Revisado: 06-14-22
Great storyline! SebYo did amazing as always. Lila had a hard time being comparable, her voice was decent. Mostly complaint with producer in how their volumes were off, I had to turn it up every time SebYo talked because Lila was louder than him. Luckily this wasn’t duet or it would have been unbearable.
Story was great! And despite audio problems it was worth the credit because Lucy did a wonderful job in creating such a great town with unique characters. I was never bored. I look forward to her next since it says book 1 I assume it’s a new series.

Historia
I knocked up my best friend's sister. Let's start with how she decided to inform me and Pacey the news...together. Imagine that nightmare. I was going into what I thought was a hockey marketing meeting, and then bam! I'm going to be a dad and my best friend/teammate is attempting to imprint my face with his fist. Threats were tossed around, friendships were revoked, and then I was marched up to her apartment, suitcases in hand, and forced to live with her so I could take care of her every need. Now I'm finding it harder and harder not to fall for my best friend's little sister.

Funniest book I’ve listened to in a long time!
Revisado: 05-03-22
Better than the first! This book will have you LOL so much! Penny is such a character and being pregnant brings the humor off the charts! The stuff she says and does. From how she tells Eli she’s pregnant to her crazy “nesting”. I admit I teared up a little too poor Eli doesn’t know what “love” is due to his past, and it’s heart-breaking. This book will give you the feels. Posey was the best friend and it was nice getting to know him more. I cannot wait for his story and the other boys’!

Star forward of Minnesota's pro hockey team, Cohen's made a name for himself - and not in a good way. So, at the insistence of his agent, he's stuck volunteering at the local YMCA teaching introductory adult swim lessons for 10 weeks. Ten weeks of torture. What he doesn't expect is her. Cute but some problems
Revisado: 10-09-20
First problem is the audio - I don’t know if it was the narrators speaking volume or production but I have never pushed my volume buttons so many times - too quiet, too loud. It was like they would whisper and then it would go back to normal and I’d have to turn it down.
Also trigger warning on his verbally abusive father. The rest of story was sweet and her gran was a hoot to listen to! Prologue was good. I felt like ending was a bit too rushed and the climax felt very forced. Delivery Girl was better.

Great beach read! Poor choice in female narration
Revisado: 09-18-19
I liked Cynthia Farrell, but her voice was very "white" and did not belong on a hispanic woman's voice. That was a poor choice in the publisher and writer choosing a non-ethnic woman for the protagonist's voice. The story was great and made me laugh, and was a perfect Enemies to Lovers romance. Christina Lauren did a fantastic job in writing this book. It was a perfect beach listen while I was in Maui myself ;)

Returning to Charm, North Carolina, for a fresh start on her wilting life is an easy decision for Everly, and opening a new seaside cafe and iced-tea shop puts the proverbial icing on her legendary lemon cakes. Everything is just peachy until a body turns up on the boardwalk outside her home and a jar of her proprietary tea is found at the victim's side. The story and the imagery!
Revisado: 04-07-19
A great audiobook that makes you thirsty and hungry for tea, food, and a warm Carolina island beach! A wonderful story with hidden twists and laughter! A heartbreak, a hot new detective, a stray cat, little libraries filled with sand by hooligans, threats, and murder won’t keep Everly Swan down! The author is amazing at descriptions. I could visualize in my mind the town, her house, the beach, and the little libraries. It was such a good story and Therese Plummer does an excellent job narrating it. Keep writing Bree Baker and I will keep reading! Love this new series!

Historia
The first time we met was at a party. Your ex arrived to show off the person he'd left you for last month, and you asked me to pretend to be your date. I was more than happy to help. You were attractive, smart and witty--and that kiss we shared? It left me wanting you for days. The second time we met was in my office on campus where we were both surprised to discover you were the new master’s degree student in poetry that I would be working with. You promised to be professional. I did no such thing. The late nights and intense study sessions spent alongside you majorly throw me off my game. I want you, and I fight with myself daily over this fact. I know I'm crass, that my sexual innuendos and dirty mouth annoy you, but I live for those two bright spots of color in your cheeks. If that's the only reaction I can get out of you, I'll gladly take it. You hate Mondays so every Monday I slip an anonymous poem into your bag and your smile gets me through the week. I think I'm falling for you, and I know it's wrong. I know that I'm only supposed to be the adviser to your program and nothing more, but here's the thing. I think you're falling for me too.

Give me the details!
Revisado: 03-14-19
I feel like there were scenes cut out that should’ve been kept in. Where was the diner dinner? It’s a cute story, but I feel like it had more potential. I like my love stories with more detail. I was disappointed we only get the one poem I wanted to hear all of them. Also I wanted to hear her poetry not just his. Cute and loved the ending.

Before long, she meets a man who might just be the one - he’s hilarious, quick-witted, and full of heart.
