Tons of great information!

It's like an entire miniature course in US Economics. It can be useful to anyone, but is custom tailored to the real estate investor. Tons of great information, and this is something we should all listen to, often. I'll definitely be listening again, as will re-listen frequently to make sure I'm doing what needs to be done based on where we are at economically.

Very simple, and motivational

I found this book to be very simple, short, and highly motivational, and practical. Especially for guys (like me) who aren't in their 20s anymore, have never been fit, never had significant (nor positive) experiences with a gym, don't know what to do inside of a gym, but who know deep down that fitness is and can be for them, and something that they must do. I don't necessarily think that all of the advice is the best for everyone (i.e. I'm not going to use Ali) but if you look past the form, to the content, this book can be "just what the doctor ordered."

this book is chalked full if eye opening, practical, useful information, that can simply be used to change your life and body. really, really good stuff, and it's common sense stuff too. stuff we all know deep down, but have chosen to ignore. if anything is to change, our ignorance to things like the food industry, has got to end. this book will help you end it. I've already begun using the helpful info in this book. lost a stubborn 5 pounds in the first week, and already my gut had began feeling better.
