Great examples to make a complete issue simpler

To start with, Dr. Jamea does her own narration which makes the book even better. She mixes her real world clients with scientific research. I'm looking forward to applying her information. I'll listen again to cement some of the lessons. Must read (or listen) if you're wondering.
