I thought this book was a wonderful reference for women’s health. It provides valuable information about the effect of menopause on women. It covers the essentials of managing your hormones that affect your weight, moods, sleep and so much more. This book gives women the practical knowledge about their bodies using clear and concise terms. The author teaches women to be aware and listen to our bodies needs. She provides sound advice and suggestions on how to respond to these needs. The book gives you strategies to build new healthy habits to promote physical and emotional health and healing our bodies. I believe every woman needs this information about women’s health issues in order to learn the power of listening to ourselves!
