Based on a real fox who has bonded with this author, this story is an absolute delight. With three very memorable (and believable) animal characters, Gaspard’s London adventure will transport listeners of any age to a better world. I bought the picture book (illo’d by James Mayhew) which is a classic in its own regard. Can’t recommend this audio book highly enough. I listen to it just before bedtime to wash away anything computer and social media related. Buy this audio; you won’t regret it and you’ll find yourself listening to it many, many times.
