at first I was hesitant I thought that it would just be like a send hand throw off but after the 1st chapter I was hooked I could not stop listening to this book! amazing book highly recommend

I absolutely love this book I highly recommend it goes over so many things and teaches alot about pcos as well! I recommend this book to anyone with pcos even if you are not trying to convince it will teach you a lot!
