Great story and characters. Didn’t like the narrator as much as most other Irene Hannon books I’ve listened to.

Great murder mystery with a little romance too!

Loved this book! A great mystery and romance combined. I really appreciate that Irene Hannon continues to keep her books clean and language free! There are many of us out here that find that a great plus!

Historia
Do you feel prepared to initiate and facilitate meaningful, productive dialogues about race in your classroom? Are you looking for practical strategies to engage with your students? Inspired by Frederick Douglass' abolitionist call to action, "it is not light that is needed, but fire", Matthew Kay has spent his career learning how to lead students through the most difficult race conversations. Kay not only makes the case that high school classrooms are one of the best places to have those conversations, but he also offers a method for getting them right.

Great story that keeps you guessing!
Revisado: 06-26-19
I love the Amos Decker series. This story is gripping and keeps you guessing. I do feel like the language in this book is unusually crude for Baldacci. I have always liked how he wrote with out including explicit sex and extremely crude language. The frequency of crude language in this book makes me afraid that he is falling into a norm for the genre that makes me sad. I thought he was classier than that. There are still people out there that like a good clean crime drama!

An epic novel that I'm glad I've made it through!
Revisado: 02-21-15
A captivating story but be prepared for long editorial comments by Hugo that have very little to do with the story that most of us are familiar with from theatrical renditions of it!
