Historia
Separated from friends and family and haunted by personal demons, park ranger Anna Pigeon finds solace in the quiet ruins of the Anasazi civilization of Colorado's Mesa Verde. But the rugged beauty of the park and the mystery of the Anasazi are cruelly overshadowed by danger and death. Lately, visitors to Mesa Verde have been bringing home more than photos - they're also carrying a strange, deadly disease, and once it strikes, Anna Pigeon must find the very human source of the evil wind.

Atrocious audio, great story. Might be the studio it was recorded in? Still worth a listen.

Historia
A freak accident casts Joe Colsco naked onto another planet inhabited by humans with technology circa 1700. In time, Joe, now known as Yozef Kolsko, makes the difficult acceptance of a new life. But he has become embroiled in a struggle beyond any dream he could have had. The Narthani are a militant society intent on subjugating the Caedelli, the people he's come to identify with. Unwittingly, the Narthani themselves are creating an opponent unlike any they have ever faced, an enemy beyond their conceptions.

Amazing!
Revisado: 05-24-15
The Twelve os one the best, most wonderfully emotional stories I've read. Cronin's amazing talent bringing the reader inside the story and Brick's wonderfully read narrative make this book a great read for anyone!

Historia
“It happened fast. Thirty-two minutes for one world to die, another to be born". An epic and gripping tale of catastrophe and survival, The Passage is the story of Amy - abandoned by her mother at the age of six, pursued, and then imprisoned by the shadowy figures behind a government experiment of apocalyptic proportions. But Special Agent Brad Wolgast, the lawman sent to track her down, is disarmed by the curiously quiet girl and risks everything to save her. As the experiment goes nightmarishly wrong, Wolgast secures her escape - but he can’t stop society’s collapse.

One of the best stories on the shelf.
Revisado: 04-20-15
The Passage is one the greatest books I've had the pleasure of enjoying. It was beautifully written, wonderfully narrated, and I can't wait to get my hands on The Twelve (the sequel/prequel).
This story will take your mind to every corner of its envelope as Scott Brick guides you through each range of emotion while navigating down to the very core of your heart.
I recommend this book to anyone and everyone with a thirst for reading!
