Historia
Wilkes is alone, struggling to survive on the island once known as Great Britain, 36 years after the zombie apocalypse devastated the world. As the young woman makes her way along the ruined landscape, she stumbles across a backpack filled with journals written by a man she will never meet, but who will alter the course of her life nonetheless. Through these yellowed pages, Wilkes relives the worst that life had to offer at the very end of humanity's reign.

Historia
From Mike Talbot's journal: "The End...has come and gone. This is the new beginning, the new world order and it sucks. The end for humanity came the moment the US government sent out the infected flu shots. My name is Michael Talbot and this is my journal. I'm writing this because no one's tomorrow is guaranteed, and I have to leave something behind to those who may follow."

Great ending to a great series
Revisado: 03-19-18
Hopefully it is not an ending to this story, but we'll worth the cost of admission to Mr Tufo's warped mind. 😁

Historia
Earth is no longer the center of the universe. After the invention of the faster-than-light jump drive, humanity is rapidly establishing new colonies. But the vast distances of space mean that the old order of protection and interstellar law offered by Earth has ceased to exist. When a nearby world attacks, the new colony of Glenlyon turns to Robert Geary, a young former junior fleet officer, and Mele Darcy, a onetime enlisted marine.

I like the book
Revisado: 03-09-18
I really liked the book, but a little predictable. I am glad the same narrator performed this as the lost fleet books.

Historia
This is the story of Michael Talbot, his family, and his friends: a band of ordinary people trying to get by in extraordinary times. When disaster strikes, Mike, a self-proclaimed survivalist, does his best to ensure the safety and security of those he cares for. Book one of the Zombie Fallout Trilogy follows our lead character at his self-deprecating, sarcastic best. What he encounters along the way leads him down a long dark road, always skirting the edge of insanity.

Funny and apocalyptic at the same time!
Revisado: 03-15-15
This whole series is great, from the opening to the end. Being from New England, the humor hit me pretty good. This is a great read.
I personally liked Mike, it was like he was saying what I was thinking. From his sometimes dry humor, to how he handled every situation.
Sean Runnette’s performance was spot on, very easy to listen to. It was like he was telling the story around a campfire.
I have listened to this series 3 times now, each time picking up on something different. Very well worth it.
