It's a very interesting read due to her giving insight as to how to navigate the rough aspects of running a business. She does a great job at narrating as well. It sounds a lot like you're getting one on one coaching while listening.

This book is very informative on how to excel in any field. I wish I had this book in my 20's. It would of saved me a lot of heartache. This is an informative and entertaining book.
