Bringing TNG to life again
Revisado: 12-01-20
I really enjoyed Robert Petkoff narrating this slice of the Star Trek TNG universe. Petkoff captures the voices of the characters so well! Especially Picard, Riker, Geordie, and Data. And for all other characters his unique portrayal of each one makes them clearly identifiable when switching from one to another. Bravo! I’ll seek out more of Petkoff’s narration now. The story by Dayton Ward also warmed my heart with nostalgia. So nice to spend time with the old crew again. A good old TNG adventure, with a few added what-if situations for fun.

Truly Astounding

Ridiculous fun
Revisado: 11-21-18
For anyone who is a fan of Superego, Paul F. Tompkins’ Spontaneonation, improv comedy, and any of the top notch cast of this production, you’ll most likely enjoy Bad Reception. The narrative is created by a swag of excellent, delightfully quick comedic performers who knit together a mad, chortlifying, car-crash of a story which leads you by the earlobe all the way to the grizzly end.
I do hope the talented cast are brought back for a new story.
Have a listen and give Bad Reception a good reception! -And then go seek more content from the contributors. Let’s keep them prolific to keep the content coming for us devout devourers.

Satisfying!
Revisado: 05-09-17
I find George Mann a captivating writer, weaving an eloquent story, depicting the Doctor with a satisfying familiarity. And Nicholas Briggs is so perfectly intoned in his narration and characters -what a wonderful performance!! He faithfully captures John Hurt's battle-weary, but heart-warming Doctor and knows just how to evoke the right emotions.

When Lister got drunk, he really got drunk! After celebrating his birthday with a Monopoly-board pub crawl around London, he came to in a burger bar on one of Saturns moons, wearing a lady's pink crimplene hat and a pair of yellow fishing waders, with no money and a passport in the name of "Emily Berkenstein". Joining the Space Corps seemed a good idea.

Delight!
Revisado: 02-16-17
Chris Barrie is perfect. Moment to moment, character to character, nuance by nuance. Who better to narrate Grant and Naylor's wonderful words and bring Red Dwarf to life in the Audible dimension?
I'm off to buy Better Than Life. (I can't be sure I won't look for the door marked: 'EXIT').
