Historia
Four days before Christmas in 1943, a badly damaged American bomber struggled to fly over wartime Germany. At its controls was a 21-year-old pilot. Half his crew lay wounded or dead. It was their first mission. Suddenly a sleek, dark shape pulled up on the bomber’s tail - a German Messerschmitt fighter. Worse, the German pilot was an ace, a man able to destroy the American bomber with the squeeze of a trigger.

Vampires are nut merely a virus or a chance "product of evolution"
Revisado: 06-08-16
Vampires by their very nature are undead and intrinsically evil; there is no such thing as a "good" vampire. Since vampires on not simply a product of a virus, poison or merely another randomly evolved species (the latter is ridiculous when considering vampires are undead), the malevolence of vampires inspires an instinctive irrational fear of more than mere death in the physical sense. A lack of faith and/or a fallen sinful state can doom one's soul. Stephen King's Salem's Lot is an excellent vampire horror story in the classic style where the conflict is founded on the battle between good and evil, and the faithful servants of God and the slaves of the evil one.

Well done story of friendship, courage, loyalty & self-sacrifice.
Revisado: 06-20-15
After reading the first book of this series, I enjoyed reading this book, the second one of the series. This book is a well written story set in the latter days of the Roman Empire with a good historical flavor for the period. This story is about friendship, family, loyalty, courage and self-sacrifice. In short the virtues portrayed in this book are quite welcome and especially needed in our time.

Crush,Crumble & Chomp Action !!!
Revisado: 05-21-15
Crush,Crumble & Chomp Action !!! Dinosaurs running amok, I.e. normal The science-fiction genre often considers contemporary moral questions in regards to not only how we use our technology, but also whether or not we should do or not do something. If only our modern society spent at least as much time and energy seeking to grow and virtue and holiness as we do expanding our scientific knowledge, The world would really be a better place.

By 2002, The Streak - a historic 13-year run of consecutive wins by the Spartans, a high-school football team from Concord, California, that couldn't be beat - was still going strong. In this revised edition of When the Game Stands Tall, author Neil Hayes, who had unrestricted access to the De La Salle team, writes from the inside about the games, the players, and their visionary coach, Bob Ladouceur, who managed to amass the highest winning percentage in football history (.995) through standing for something greater than winning.

There is more to sports than merely winning.
Revisado: 04-19-15
Too much focus simply on winning in modern sport to the point of needlessly and recklessly harming the health and well-being of the athletes who play these sports. The purpose of playing sports includes playing the game well, love of the game and even More so love for their fellow teammates as well as their opponents, and ultimately to become virtuous and holy men and women.
