Bill O'Hanlon is always an energising and motivating trainer/writer. This solution oriented book proposes a 'Do One Thing Different' per week exercise, and some of these 52 solutions are out-of-the-box and practical. I also bought a hard copy for easy reference.

It is an easy piece for overview of Anxiety Disorders. However, treatment methods are covered in the last half minute of the whole audio book. Maybe I expect too much for this 'Complete Look'.
