The unexpected part is - not that it wasn’t very good because it is - but I really can’t go into it or else I’ll give up a major part of the plot. I’ll definitely read the next one in the series.

Good mystery

I read a lot of mysteries/thrillers and this one was a definitely a four star book. Narration was very good. By chapter 3 I had the villain picked out But kept on reading to make sure I was correct. It was a good book. Will definitely read another book by this author.

What to say… This wasn’t excellent sequel. I have yet to be disappointed by any book series. They are well written, and the narration is excellent. Once again, I’m moving onto the next one.

Good murder mystery

This is the first book I’ve read by this author. I received the audible version and the narration was very good. The Story was set in a fashion where it goes to present time and then back to when the crime happened. I don’t usually like that, but it was done very nicely. Onto the next book in the series.

Excellent sequel

Some people think that you don’t have to read books in order, but I think if you do they make so much more sense. Once again this offer has done of Derek good job of keeping me wanting to know what’s gonna happen. Iknow a book is good when I’m doing something else and start thinking do I have time toread more. And that’s what this author has me thinking. I can’t wait for the next one in this series.

Very good thriller.

This is a solid 4.5 star book. It was very well written. The narration was excellent. I took really a half a star off, secondary to the fact that it took me a little time to get into the book but once I did, it took off. This is a book that would translate very well to either a movie or a series. would definitely read another book by the saucer.

I wasn’t too sure if the author could write out another very good sequel to his storyline. Well, he did. I always know a book is good when I can’t wait to get back to it and either listen to it or read it. The author has a wayof writing that takes you to that place and open the scene to you. I’m looking forward to the next one.

Seeing how I gave the first book 10 stars alas I can only give this one 5 1/2. The first book and this book would make a great series. The author writes as if you were there in the room with the characters. Again, the amount of research that had to be done for this book is phenomenal. I will definitely go on to the next book of this Series.

Wow, wow, wow.

I feel like that’s all I really can say. I’ve written reviews before, but this one needs 10 stars to do it justice. It was a roller coaster ride from almost the beginning. It had action adventure. It was written beautifully and the research this man had to do blows my mind. Granted, I realize a lot of it is fictitious but the storyline was beyond excellent. Also, if you choose the audible book know that it was done superbly.

I am a fan of both authors. I have followed their books for years now. This one, as well as their others was very well written and narration was excellent. If they offer another book, I will be one of the first to get it.
