7 books in and this one didn't hold me attention at all. Good when I listen narrator was solid just found myself day dreaming and not listening.

Rather too tidy the end and the character Cooper how he sees and knows all is Goofy

Too much back stabbing plotting for me

This book summed up the story line of the precious book well I'm just not a fan of the back stabbing double crossing nature that people. Senator Faris character is a cookie cutter of the current Clown in the WH . Ending was awesome overall solid book

overall very good, solid good plot points, great pacing. 2 things stood out. There was too much the whole Senator Ogden was there the. never commented again. Same goes with the bad guys 2/3's through the leader was a bumbling idiot but on the plot point where he lost his guide he suddenly knew how get e everywhere. Solid good book took me longer than normal to get through because I'm tiring of the plot it's basically the same just different bad guys.

Decent with a weak ending

Decent well paced good writing but it got predictable around Chapter 52 no twists and will be interesting how the CIA works with the next President

Excellent One of the best in series so far

This book will blow you away A++, Excellent. Cannot reccomend it enough. It was a non stop heart pounder and some of the plot twists I never saw coming. The End!!?? WOW!!

Heed the reviews this is God Awful

I should have heeded the reviews and not wasted my money. As much as Book 4 forced us into Boom 5 this Narrator manages to be worse than the one for Books 3 and 4. He has no voicing to speak of. All characters come off as nasal whiny teenagers I gave up.after 8 chapters. I'm going to ask for a refund I'm done

Marginally better than Book 3

Its apparent the author let's goal.is an action soap opera story. Rapp has become a bully who feels betrayed everytime something goes wrong This is the 2nd time he thinks Kennedy and Stansfield betrays him that is old.

Characters are better though but the soap opera plot isn't my cup of tea with all the backstabbing turning against one another and to ultimately not conclude the Author must had a 4 picture deal.in his head when written.

I know he has passed and I mean no disrespect but I was hoping this series would be as good as Jack Reacher but it isn't.

lastly, I don't feeling compelled into Boom 5 since Book 4 had no conclusion but the reviews are horrible and not sure I can endure a third poorly done book since books 3 and 4 did not entertain.

Narrator ruined the book but story has issues

Why switch narrators after 2 very well done books baffles me. This new dude was terrible but I have issues with the whole book but really don't want to bash the Author considering he passed but Book 3 is bad.

One, 8 years passed since Book 2 and nothing is addressed regarding the aftermath of Book 2 very disappointing

Two: Some of the characters are just awful and do not help the story The Secretary of State has her 15 minutes then disappears really doesn't help.the book The entire story line of the VP's sniveling Chief of Staff made me skip chapters. first 27 chapters were horrendous to get through. Finally picked up chapter 45 or so when the stupidity was put away.

I feel committed but if the quasi soap opera storyline continues it will lose me
