I really enjoyed this book There was only one drawback the sex scenes are very explicit. I am not a prude and I enjoy some sexy time in the books I read. However this author goes into deep detail. Leaves nothing to the imagination. I enjoyed the story the narration and the writing style. If it wasn't for the explicit sex I would add her to my list of favorite authors.
Can someone let me know if all her books are this way.

A WONDERFUL FIRST NOVEL FROM SUNNY

I loved this book. The story the characters the settings were all so pleasant to imagine. I can't wait for Sunny's next book. I' m a fan. Don't want this to be taken the wrong way but my only negative is that the narrator was not black. I enjoy books about all races but the white narrator made me keep forgetting that the characters were black. That is a major part of the story so I would have appreciated a black narrator. The narrator did a great job but was just not the right one for this book. Please don't let my comments deter you from listening to this book. It is an enjoyable listen.

My New Favorite Book

I enjoyed every second of this book. I felt like it was girls night and we all sat around with a bottle of wine and listened as our new friends told her story. The character was so relatable and I felt like I really knew her. I could not stop listening. The authors should narrate all of their books. They made it such an enjoyable listen. I 100% recommend this book and I am sure at some point I will listen to it again.

It was painful

I had to really force myself I finish this book. The narrator was terrible. The story was basic as if this was a first book by an inexperienced author. The characters are uninteresting and left me not caring about their stories. I will take more time when selecting my next book.

Good But Needed More Story Detsil

I enjoyed this book because I could listen casually without missing anything. The characters were interesting and the performances were very good. I just wish more details about the outcome had been given. I thought at the end it would all be finalized but it wasn't. In spite of that I did enjoy this book
