extremely technical, nothing to do with the title. although you need a good knowledge of the industry to even grasp the concepts. I bought the book expecting the philosophy and Mechanics of Proof of Stake, and it was never covered. therefore the title is a fraud.

Great introduction to the Chinese mind.

Great general approach towards understanding Chinese miracle growth, my two comments are:
1) Written more than a decade ago, the world has changed. it would be interesting to see how this thoughts would apply to a contemporary 2022 China.
2) The book losses credibility when it speaks of Venezuela as an authoritarian government with economic growth, instead of authoritarian, corrupt, hyperinflation, poverty and misery.

excellent reminder of how little we know about anything, and how easy we convince ourselves to think we know. A humbling point of view by an arrogant author.
