Not a book. A full credit or a 4 minute poem??

Advertised as a book. It is not a book. I gladly spent a $14+ credit for Green Lights and have listened to it twice, but this is a 4 minute poem. I thought the 4 minute indication was for the Sample listen like most BOOKs...shame on Audible for not making it clear what you are purchasing. Would like to get my credit back but not sure how to go about that.
