She is right! Everything is figuroutable even at peoples darkest times. It's how you rise to the occasion. She is a great story teller. i wish there was a PDF to go with the audio book. It makes me want to go get the hard copy to work on the exercises she has in there.

This book put me into complete relaxation!! The doctors and family all laughed and I managed to go through entire delivery without medicine. Success!!
