Historia
In 2010, the words “earthquake swarm” entered the lexicon in Oklahoma. That same year, a trove of Michael Jackson memorabilia—including his iconic crystal-encrusted white glove—was sold at auction for over $1 million to a guy who was, officially, just the lowly forestry minister of the tiny nation of Equatorial Guinea. And in 2014, Ukrainian revolutionaries raided the palace of their ousted president and found a zoo of peacocks, gilded toilets, and a floating restaurant modeled after a Spanish galleon.

America’s Teacher hits another one out of the park
Revisado: 11-10-19
I suppose I should admit that I am a Rachel Maddow fan. Rachel has the uncanny ability to take complex subject matter and render it palatable to a simple mind like my own. I spent most ofMy life in the financial industry, I was an avowed capitalist and conservative. I’ve heard it said that the older one gets the more conservative one gets, for myself I find the opposite is true.Well I’m egocentric enough to claim some of the reason for that for myself, for the rest of it ,a great deal of the rest of it, Rache Maddow was responsible. I’ve known for years that the petroleum industry was corrupt to the very core but I like a lot of people was too damn lazy to really research the situation. Again Rachel Maddow has come to my resacue and provided not a primer but a graduate-level course in the exposure of a rotten to the basement( pun intended) Industry. Having been an avowedcapitalist and conservative for most of my adult life ( hey I still am , I’m just not a damned lunatic about it )I’m well aware that there are bad apples, that there are nefarious individuals in all industry. but where most industry has a few bad apples in the barrel in the case of the oil and gas industry as Rachel points out ,the whole damn barrel is mostly bad and has just a few good apples. Thanks for a hell of a read Rachel I loved it

Historia
This book, now in a third edition, presents a digest of what The Urantia Book says - the gist of it, the main outlines of the story. As such The Urantia Revelation: The Structure and Meaning of the Universe Explained will serve as an introduction and guide to The Urantia Book, or as a simplified and accessible substitute for those wishing to know what was revealed in the fifth epochal revelation on planet Earth. There is hardly anything more interesting.

Mr Locke is not a performer worthy of the term
Revisado: 03-27-19
In substance The Revelation is totally worthy, however the sad attempt at reading his own writing was sometimes almost painful to bear. Mr. Locke seems to have only an elementary grasp of diction and meter. As alluded to, I very much like the subject matter but very much wish it were read by someone else.
