Historia
Why does productivity always come with anxiety? Why do you have random bursts of hyperfocus? Why can't you finish any projects you start? Why can't you get focused on command? Why do you get distracted so easily? Are you just lazy? Is it possible for people with ADHD to be productive and happy at the same time? Yes you can. You're not lazy or stupid, you just have ADHD. It's a neurodevelopmental disorder with pros and cons. You can be both focused and productive without giving up your happiness. You just need to learn to use your brain properly.

Practical principles, helpful on hyperfocus
- De Richard J. en 06-20-21
best ADHD book I've read so far!
Revisado: 06-15-21
I was diagnosed at a young age, and have spent most of my life trying to figure out things for myself. this book understands that and connects with it on a deeper level. I would, and have, recommended it to friends.

Historia
Her name was Henrietta Lacks, but scientists know her as HeLa. She was a poor Southern tobacco farmer who worked the same land as her slave ancestors, yet her cells - taken without her knowledge - became one of the most important tools in medicine: The first “immortal” human cells grown in culture, which are still alive today, though she has been dead for more than 60 years. HeLa cells were vital for developing the polio vaccine; uncovered secrets of cancer, viruses, and the atom bomb’s effects.

good narration. not worth reading
Revisado: 12-20-20
good narration. not worth reading. boring and although the story is messed up, the book takes way too long to talk about something that could be done in an hour long audiobook.
