Beautiful read
Revisado: 03-13-25
A lovely story of so many different views of each ladies life and situations during the same time frame. A beautiful story of friendship and forgiveness. A wonderful book and the narrator is one of my favorites because she reads several other series of Mrs Austin’s.
Lynn Austin ALWAYS has a way to encourage me in my Christian walk.

My favorite book so far
Revisado: 12-10-24
This is a wonderful book! I can’t explain how beautifully written it is. I absolutely love how Mrs. Austin intertwines our Savior Jesus into her stories and in so many of the situations the characters in her book are facing, she shows a way leading toward Gods love. The storyline and in depth descriptions give you scenery so clearly, even the smells and sounds you can feel and smell. I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars. It is for certain a MUST READ!

Lisa Wingate has been favorably compared to authors Nicholas Sparks and Richard Paul Evans. In A Month of Summer, Hanna Beth has been caring for her aging husband - who suffers from Alzheimer's - and her developmentally challenged adult son for years on her own. But when she suffers a stroke, estranged stepdaughter Rebecca must take the reins. As she cares for her father and the step-brother she's barely met, Rebecca slowly begins to heal both herself and her family.
