Revisado: 10-02-23
I have fallen in love with this series! About 4 weeks ago, I found the first one. Now, I'm preparing to read the most recent, book #6.
This is the series you will find yourself thinking about throughout your day...waiting to get back to it.

Historia
Cosette Whitlow is a society matron if tiny Bradley, North Carolina, has one. She kindly volunteers for all the town's charities, but isn't nearly as kind to her own family, neighbors, and friends. In fact, Cosette is emphatically disliked by much of the town - including octogenarian Myrtle Clover. And Myrtle knows that dislike in Bradley can quickly turn deadly. No one seems surprised when Cosette's body is discovered during a party she's hosting - she was struck on the head with a croquet mallet.

shut yourself in a closet and lock the door!
Revisado: 05-06-15
This book was intriguing, and the characters were both memorable, and likeable. The twist to the actual killer was unexpected. Plan on reading or listening to this book, when you can lock yourself away, as you will not want to put it down. I give it a 12 on a scale from 1 to 10! Also I loved the way this book was read to the listener. It gave you just enough time to think about what was being said, and the inclination in the voice, to help you understand each character's dilemma.
