I loved this whole series. I loved the crossovers between zombie fallout and Indian Hill. I love all the characters with a slightly different twist in a completely different storyline. funny, witty, and yes... slightly emotional at times. by far one of my most cherished book series. can't wait to move on to Mark's other writings. thank you for the roller coaster ride!

Historia
Mike reunites with his wife and his friend, Paul, aboard the Guardian only to find that things have gone from bleak to hellish on earth. Rampaging hordes of Genogerians plague the planet, as does an invasion from Progerians hell-bent on knuckling under the will of man through their relentless assault. Yet this may not be the worst of it, as an insidious "ally" has lent their support. At what cost can a planet on the brink come back from such desperate odds?

Historia
The crew of the SS Jimmy Carter is stranded on the tropical shoreline of Brazil, but Mike Talbot and his squad are not enjoying the beach. The Brazilian government might have failed in the end times, but the jungle is rife with violently patriotic guerrillas—and not the cool banana-eating type. Humans can be reasonable, more or less...but zombies? Not so much. The undead are alive and well in South America, and they are raging.

I am so glad I stumbled upon this series. every time you think that a certain chapter in the story has closed, it is revisited a couple of books later. I love the witty banter and the dark humor. I also enjoy the author evokes true emotions of sadness, loss, anger, fear, and excitement! on to the next!

Jack Walker and Michael Talbot come from two worlds; the same, yet different. They both find themselves transported into an alien one, where things aren’t as they seem. While it appears similar to the ones they come from, there are some terrifying differences. Is it a dream? Or has reality been somehow warped? Jack comes from a world filled with nocturnal creatures that were once human, but now seek to destroy the last vestiges of humanity.

Revisado: 10-05-23
I'm liking The New adventures of Mike Talbot. I'm glad I listened to zombie fallout first. definitely gives me a frame of reference. unfortunately, I find myself skipping ahead in my own mind. I also find myself being a little frustrated by Mike and trip not using abilities or knowledge that they have gained during zombie fallout. if you haven't already listened to that series, I would suggest stopping now and listening to that one first. then coming back and picking up this series. either way, enjoy! on to the next

MY FAVORITE SO FAR!!!
Revisado: 09-05-23
this is easily my most favorite in the series. it's as clever as ever, but dare I say the funniest!? I found myself laughing a lot at the puns and the one-liners. sprinkle in some intrigue, a little emotion, and a couple of dark subjects... and voila!!! another page burner! on to the next...
