This book triggered places with in me that I didn’t know I was still holding stories and needed to heal, through his totally candid open sharing I was able to make sense of past relationships and the workings of the masculine. To let go of my own ‘it’s me’ stories. A true inspiration on what it takes to change everything about ones self and best if all he is really funny. Also grateful that in a post book ayahuasca ceremony when it all got a bit intense I heard the voice of Liam Brown saying ‘sit up and be present with the medicine, do not lie down and fall I to the madness’ and I honestly think it was this that got me through the night. So much love for this insight, this man and his journey.
