INCREDIBLE INSIGHT
Revisado: 01-09-23
Started slow and thought I was not going to like Mr. Maitlands writing very much. I kept putting it down and starting again after reading another novel. Finally, after getting past the first 20 pages, I couldn't stop listening, and I like this book enormously. I will now be reading the next book of Mr. Maitland with great expectations. His build-up
to the discovery of the solving of the mystery was excellent.

Puzzling Beautiful Brutal Mystery
Revisado: 12-12-22
Sincerely loved it but hated it!!. The story was truly mysterious
with the deep element of surprise on every page. The Narrator was extremely believable as the charecters. Enjoyed much. Ms. Penny did an exciting job as usual and I am looking forward to the next novel.

Most of his best agents have left the Homicide Department, his old friend and lieutenant Jean-Guy Beauvoir hasn't spoken to him in months, and hostile forces are lining up against him. Sensational Series
Revisado: 10-09-22
Absolutely was mesmerized by this series. A word to anyone just starting this book, if you have not read any of the other books of this series go back and read at least one of the first before you read the end. This is a fascinating series which I HAD to listen to each one and truly enjoyed every minute of listening time.
The Narrators were indescribable. They made me feel like every character is my next door neighbor. Am seriously enamored of the main character due to the wonderful Narrator.

What!. A Mystery ?
Revisado: 10-01-22
Humor and reality in the right mixture in this "cozy" mystery. How refreshing it was to dwell in its pages. Just the perfect mixture to keep me listening. Just a little silly but the charecters and the voices done by the Narrator for them kept me enrapt. One murder right after another with its solution soon. Then another, then another, what a mystery. Very intriguing, looking forward to remainder of series.
