it's easy to forget "to love" in this technology filled world, where instant gratification and short term pleasures are so widely available, always within hands reach. it's so easy to forget what really matters, and what truly makes life worth living.
I am going to need to read this book many more times. There is so much to learn, so much I still don't understand.
I would suggest this book to everyone, I have beed truly touched by Barbara's words. I'll try my best to put what she's shared to practice.

I hadn't even imagined there was so much history to know about beers. this book is amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to learn about it's history or its medicinal origins.
