Both Sad and helpful for letting go

I disliked the same phrases repeated over and again. However, this was a quick and easy listen/read. The first half was inspirational towards letting someone go and the second half was down right depressing with all the thoughts of what Letting go will mean.

At a time when I was ready to throw in the towel on my broken marriage, this book gave me the courage, strength, faith and Hope that I need to keep going and fighting for my marriage and my family.
