The Night Tales by Nora Roberts has always been a favorite of mine, to finally have it in audio is even better. Kate Rudd has done an excellent job with the characters. I've just finished Night Shift, Night Shadow, and this Nightshade. I am looking forward to starting on Night Smoke tomorrow and the final tale soon after. Good read, good listen, good purchase!

Enjoyable Novel

The story was interesting enough, and the characters were ok. Tanya Eby did a great job reading the story and keeping me entertained. As this was just one of the many books written by Krentz about the people with psychic/paranormal abilities it stood alone with some reference to the previous book. I have read all Jayne Krentz books and I am now enjoying listening to them. I would recommend audible to everyone.

Great book ... Not so great abridged audio!

The book "Long After Midnight" was entertaining and kept you on the edge, however this abridged version of the story left me wanting more details. I have other abridged stories that gave complete details of a book and you came away satisfied. This one missed the mark for me.
The narrator was good, so there is no fault there. Just not enough to the story. Still a great fan of Iris Johansen! Just wish this audio was unabridged.

Enjoyable Suspense/Romance!

Julie Garwood is one of my favorite writers and although this is an older novel the story could be timeless. From the sisters and close friend to the macho men. The story kept me entertained with laughter and suspense.
I think Joyce Bean did a great job.
