The world’s most trusted guide for leaders in transition. Transitions are a critical time for leaders. In fact, most agree that moving into a new role is the biggest challenge a manager will face. While transitions offer a chance to start fresh and make needed changes in an organization, they also place leaders in a position of acute vulnerability. Missteps made during the crucial first three months in a new role can jeopardize or even derail your success.

Self-management
Revisado: 06-23-24
This is a great book. I am glad I read it as it prompted me to reflect on the many transitions I have had so far, I would had loved to read this book a few years back but voila.
I will “prescribe” chapter 9&10 to those I work closely with.

The book sets the tone
Revisado: 11-21-19
This books sets the tone on practical tips to implementing a "successful" Diversity and Inclusion program in the workplace. For starters this is a great piece to get you thinking and stear you towards further studies. The story line is too simplistic... I would have loved some challenging thoughts

Historia
During his lifetime, legendary martial artist Bruce Lee formulated a complex personal philosophy - a synthesis of Eastern and Western ideals - that extolled the virtues of knowledge and total mastery of one's self. Most of his philosophical writings could be found only within the personal library of the Bruce Lee estate - until John Little was given permission to publish them for the wider world.

Loved it. Bruce Lee was my childhood hero. Several years later, I got to have an insight of his philosophy and how to find meang in life. The book has a lot of relevance in diversity and self-discovery. Absolutely recommended.

Anyone who chairs any form of meeting out to read this book and apply practical knowledge therein. I would recommend that the author considers an exclusive title on technology-facilitated meetings
