There is so much information available for people to learn what a narcissist is and how to spot one. Many books do not discuss how to live with an extreme narcissist. This one does. It is the most comprehensive book on how to not only identify a narcissist but the best way to live with one, especially when you can’t leave them. Elena Miro merges psychological and scientific research with personal experiences (I have read her book "My toxic husband") to create a book that helps its readers learn to deal with the complexities of a narcissist in simple terms without going deep into difficult psychology.
