Didn't retain a lot of info, was also doing some pretty distracting stuff while listening. Still have the feeling I got a good intro to the principles. Definitely convinced of an evidence-based approach. Will look up the principles on the website to solidify them. Especially liked the practical examples throughout the book.

Just not a fan of this genre

Think the performance was awesome! I just didn't like the story, was not able to finish it. If you like supernatural mystery stuff being added in the middle of a detective story, you might totally love this book. Great characters btw. Do think putting my style preference aside it was quite long-winded.
