Historia
As a botanist and professor of plant ecology, Robin Wall Kimmerer has spent a career learning how to ask questions of nature using the tools of science. As a Potawatomi woman, she learned from elders, family, and history that the Potawatomi, as well as a majority of other cultures indigenous to this land, consider plants and animals to be our oldest teachers.

Wonderful way of looking at life

Loved the way she sees things and writes. The native way is the way to approach ecology and environmental issues

Mixed good and bad
Revisado: 09-21-23
Good assessment of how to conduct self analysis and situations married with spirituality. However her stories and historical events/ people kind of contradicts her explanations how to be. I will take from here what works and leave the contradictions as some sort of showmanship

Historia
Before manifestation, what existed? Zat, the truly existing, the only being. In what form? In no form. As what? As nothing. The only definition that words can give is as the absolute. In the Sufi terms this existence is termed Ahadiat, a consciousness arose out of the absolute, the consciousness of existence.

Hmm interesting made up stuff

This most definitely veers into creative writing rather then actual sufi teachings. I liked it in the sense what I think how things work rather then how it is
