Best ADHD book I have ever had read to me

I discovered the guys & Mrs AuDHD and their podcast soon after I was diagnosed at 53. They present what living with ADHD is like warts and all and I will be forever grateful for showing me that I was not alone in what I was experiencing. This book is a brilliant, but less cursey, companion to the podcast and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to newly or oldly diagnosed/discovered ADHDers.
Cannot wait for the next one, please can it be before I die.
Love you guys and especially love the wild chaos of Mrs AuDHD.

Historia
In 1177 B.C., marauding groups known only as the "Sea Peoples" invaded Egypt. The pharaoh’s army and navy managed to defeat them, but the victory so weakened Egypt that it soon slid into decline, as did most of the surrounding civilizations. After centuries of brilliance, the civilized world of the Bronze Age came to an abrupt and cataclysmic end. Kingdoms fell like dominoes over the course of just a few decades. No more Minoans or Mycenaeans. No more Trojans, Hittites, or Babylonians.

Really poor performance and construction.
Revisado: 12-31-19
I am not well versed in ancient history, as a European I got the overview that all children get in school, but nothing too detailed.
As a political scientist I was, probably incorrectly, a more complete narrative that would introduce the main players, set the scene and then tell the story of the world falling apart.
Instead I got a rambling, incoherent, disjointed narrative that jumped all around the Mediterranean and never drew me a picture of what it might have been like during this period and what happened to make it all go wrong.
I’ve still to finish this book, but I may not and that saddens me.
