Please…Take Me to the Forest!!

This book reminded me how it is to be in the forest. The word choice by the author paints a lovely picture of the forest and the benefits of forest bathing. The narrator’s voice is soothing and wonderful, an excellent match for the written text. I learned some more of the nuances of forest bathing, as well as gained some more ideas for experiencing the forest more fully on my next trip there…which, due to this book, can’t come too soon!
