I was looking for practical advice (ideas) that would help me build our already healthy relationships with our adult children. Reading the title and listening to the introduction did not clue me in to the fact that the chapters in this book could have been a series of narrow-minded bible study lessons. If you're looking for conservative Christian tactics on how to get your adult kids back in line with the teachings of your traditional conservative church, you’ll probably appreciate this book.

In my opinion, the title (which I like) and the artwork on the cover of the book are deceptive. Shame on me for not doing more research before parting with my money on this one.

Struggled to finish this one. Much of the book takes place inside the main characters head and is described by the narrator in what I would call a "fake preachers quiver " voice. somewhat predictable.

Struggled to finish and disappointed with the cliff hanger. To much she said / he said after obvious statements by the characters.

What would have made Sweet Dreams better?

I found this to be very repetitive. I could go the rest of my life without hearing someone say "Babe". Also, I could do with a lot less of the unnecessary profanity.

Would you ever listen to anything by Kristen Ashley again?

No.

Have you listened to any of Emma Taylor’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

The narrator did a good job.
