I love this story but the fake British accents are almost unbearable. Not only from the female narrator but also from the male at the end. It was distracting.

I loved this story so much. I really wanted to give this a 5 star performance, but I couldn't after the epilogue. I have read this book already, but wanted to listen to it again, because Penny Reid is AWESOME! Devra Woodward did such an amazing job narrating this. I loved Nico's sultry, deliberate voice with the slight Italian accent, but when the epilogue pops up with a male voice that speaks too fast, not sultry and with zero Italian accent it left me feeling like, where did Nico go? This isn't him. But other than that this is a great, funny read.

When reality isn't what you planned

Really enjoyed this story. The heart breaking reality of life when it doesn't fit what you have planned. The female narrator was not my favorite though. I thought she sound fine when she was in character, but when she was telling the story her voice got weird, like she was trying too hard and ended her sentences with a breathy sound. It was distracting, but by the end I had mostly gotten used to it.
