Great book and amazing narrator

This book really helped me check myself. I tend to overthink and this cut right through that. I wish it went into deeper things like love languages, and less about all shallow things, but the message was still the same. The narrator was great too and I really liked her voice

This is an incredibly valuable book. I suggest buying the physical copy as well as the audiobook. Damien’s voice is so calming and soothing, too. I can’t wait for the next one :)
