Historia
At ten years old, Chelsea opened a lemonade stand and realized she’d make more money if the drinks were spiked. So she added vodka to her recipe and used her earnings to upgrade herself to first-class on a family vacation—leaving her parents and siblings in coach. She moved to Los Angeles and got fired from her temp job when she admitted she didn’t know how to transfer calls. She’s played pickleball with the scions of an American dynasty. She’s sexted a governor. She shared psychedelics with strangers in Spain.

This book is for YOU, and ME!
Revisado: 03-30-25
This is Chelsea's deepest work, yet funny! I want just one trip to her ski lodge, not for the skiing for the revelatory nature of the experience. I have listened to all Chelsea's books, watched everything she's ever done on TV, and listened to all her podcasts. Andddd my bestie took us to her stand up show in Louisville, KY. THAT WAS THE BEST NIGHT for me and my bestie! She has been a teacher to me and so many others. Thank you for being YOU, Chelsea and thank you for another AMAZING book!

The Let Them theory is similar to teachings in AA
Revisado: 01-27-25
Mel has brought recovery to the world, because those steps in our recovery program the world needs! 4th step (and 4th column) in doing THE WORK is finding the part we play in our own resentments. I've been in recovery about 7 years and I grateful you've resurfaced this tool for me to use in my life in EVERYTHING! Especially with the political environment. Thank you so much, Mel and Chelsea❣️

Historia
For some reason, when it comes to complex issues, we’ve largely limited ourselves to just two options, resulting in a society of non-thinkers. After all, once you’ve picked a side, all the thinking has already been done for you. As an independent, libertarian voter who has spent the last ten years at Fox News, Kat has faced this issue too many times to count. She’s learned that surprising things can happen when you refuse to choose a team, especially when you work at a place some people call an existential threat to America.

Kat helped me see clearly, my democratic belief system DOES NOT mean I need to close my mind to other people or parties. Thank you, Kat, for helping me open my minds to GOOD ideas no matter what that idea aligns with.

girls! I have a suggestion 🤣 to help with your lives🤣😆😂
Revisado: 05-22-24
I just did it too. I'm in year 7 of recovery too, so I get this need to fix, manage and control others, with great intentions. A few years ago, I started listening to Eckhart Tolle, I was serving at a restaurant and I noticed I always was coming to the back of the house at the restaurant, saying something negative about the guests or co workers. Then I noticed how much everyone else was too. Then I was like okay, let's change it to a positive thought, then let's not narrate this. And it's like the moment everything changed for me... I was turning my "judger" off, then I began turning it off on myself and OH.MI.GOSH, presence is here. My internal judger abd narrator was working OT. The practice of calming that compulsive need has been literally the best thing I've ever done for me! I hope this helps make yall more comfy!🤣

why I love Chelsea is because she doesn't just talk to people that have the same value system as her, cuz thats too easy. it's MUCH MORE INTERESTING to speak to someone that might shed light on a different perspective. That's how I found Neal B. and he honestly is so intelligent. I find the funniest comedians to be super vulnerable and very very intelligent and BRAVE. He is as are you!
