Genuinely, this is a stunning book teaching women all about confidence, being in control, assertiveness, independence and so much more. I got this book last year and I credit it with completely changing my life.

I feel that all women would gain a lot from these books both for dealing with breakups and for dealing with relationships in general, learning how to be more calm, collected and mature. Superb.

What a perfect combination of books, both work so well together. I loved the body language one most but got a lot of tips and ideas from the assertive comms one too.

Packed full of useful tips on how to improve your confidence and self esteem. Kept my attention throughout. Made me realise a lot of things. would recommend this book to everyone who use being shy as an excuse to avoid doing something. Im more confident, more capable and more successful after getting this book last month.
