I’ve known BG on the court and a bit off for many years now (as a fan), and her story here is no different than the woman I’ve gotten to know. Giving, loving, vulnerable yet strong, strong yet weakly human. Thank you for sharing such vulnerability with us here and always in the game and in real everyday life. I can’t wait to meet Baby G courtside one day soon. I’m sad to know how tough this journey was and is for so many still held. When we come together, we make miracles happen. Welcome home. You belong here, just as you are.

For such a young woman to take on the role and responsibilities Cassidy and others do entering The White House, Cassidy speaks with tenacity and bravery in a world that tried to control her. The whole story, the media’s, Trump’s lies on top of lies, and now Cassidy’s full story… and what a beautiful one she tells from her childhood and how she was shaped into the woman she became to the 97 year old Alex Butterfield welcoming her home. This woman will go places. She won’t fade in the background, whether private sector or politics, she has much to offer. And she’ll bring her courage with her. Beautiful memoir. On top of the others who have said thank you, I too, say thank you. For speaking up, for admitting wrongs, for telling your story.
