Stephen Fry is Amazing!!
Revisado: 01-14-19
Only reason to buy this Audible version is for Stephen Fry. Probably the best reading of the seminal Adams work. Fry is perfect and the only person to do justice to HHGTTG. AMAZON please please get Fry to voice other Adams books in this series.

Historia
Over the last few decades, networking has devolved into an endless series of cattle call events full of open bars and closed fists. Perfect strangers, after a long day at the office, agree to show up and bump into each other, randomly exchanging business pitches for business cards. Needless to say, traditional networking isn't working anymore. For successful 21st century business people, large networking events and the mountains of business cards they produce have become a waste of time and valuable resources.

What did you love best about Networking Is Not Working?
This is an excellent book for people who are in deep in the networking world, and often wonder why their efforts don't pay off. The Game has changed and Derek outlines how to stay ahead! Must Listen!
What was one of the most memorable moments of Networking Is Not Working?
Its not that you are not making an effort to network, youre just not smart about it!!!
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
You have to keep going back to it because of all the good advice and tips he shares. I tagged key moments in Audible so I could go back to them.

Great story about Reachers Origins.
Revisado: 08-07-16
Good story esp. a window into Reachers time as an MP. But compared to other novels, it fell flat. The voice narration is always awesome! Really captures the mood and pace.

Not Just a great plot, but Superb Narration
Revisado: 09-19-15
Would you consider the audio edition of Killing Floor to be better than the print version?
Absolutely! Dick Hill is a masterful narrator and simply added more depth to the plot with his deployment of diverse southern accents. The different accents helped categorize various key characters' dialogues and helped to heighten the suspense and thrill of the plot.
Have you listened to any of Dick Hill’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No...but having listening to Killing Floor, I am committed to listen to the entire series only if its narrated by Dick Hill.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The scenes where Jack Reacher engages in hand-to-hand combat with his assailants is enhanced greatly by Dick Hill's fast delivery. He knows exactly when to speed up the tone when action is happening, and when to slow down the pace as Lee Child describes the town, the people, and the surroundings.
