Reese Conlon’s much anticipated family leave is only two weeks away, and nothing is going to stand in the way of her being at her wife’s side for the upcoming birth—not even the summer crowds in Provincetown, a new rookie cop with a hero complex, and a cruise ship at anchor in the harbor with a reported outbreak of a mysterious illness.

A bit disappointed
Revisado: 02-04-21
Let me start by saying that I enjoy Lori’s narrations; however, to change the personas so much after 7 books was disheartening. I had such a hard time listening because I have images and demeanors in my mind already for each character, and that was just too much of a change to really enjoy the experience. I’ve loved this series from the beginning, but overall this was my least favorite
