Okay I'm in marketing so fluffy right brained stuff is fine with me. This woman is just boosting her own self esteem by hearing herself talk. She's a disorganized parade of metaphors without enough charisma to pull it off. Get "Confidence"by Rossbeth Moss Kanter, much better, even if you're not into sports.

I generally work in non retail related marketing none the less I found the book interesting because I am the person who watches consumer behavior in the retail setting because I am a marketing nut at heart. Fellow non marketing people were equally entertained as it offers an interesting outside look into something we all do everyday.

I'm no stranger to the subject of marketing. I've been at it for years and have an MBA in marketing as well. Fox is on target 95% of the time, understandalbe to the layman and certainly thought provoking to the pro. Fox delivers again. This is the best audible.com book on marketing I've purchased.
